BLOCKS developed and maintains www.blocksusa.org to provide our network of donors, service providers, volunteers and constituents with information about our work and our mission. Access to and use of BLOCKS’ website, linking to the BLOCKS’ website as well as downloading BLOCKS materials and content is subject to terms and conditions set forth in our Terms of Use agreement. Your use of BLOCKS’ website constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions. Please note that BLOCKS reserves the right to alter or amend this Terms of Use at any time for any reason and without notice.

BLOCKS is a Washington non-profit organization (UBI #604149144) with its primary address and principal place of business at P.O. Box 1778, Silverdale, Washington 98383.  BLOCKS’ main telephone number is (360) 801.8566.  If you would like a copy of BLOCKS' financial, licensing or charitable purposes(s) information please send a request indicating the information you desire, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope or an email address to which you would like the information sent, to BLOCKS, P.O. Box 1778, Silverdale, Washington 98383-1778, Attn: Disclosure Requirements.  BLOCKS is exempt from federal income tax under 26 U.S.C. Section 501(c)(3), and is a non-profit organization eligible to receive tax-deductible donations.  

Each donation to BLOCKS is tax-deductible to the extent allowed under applicable law, and represents a contribution to its entire mission, which is to work with childcares, offices of emergency management, and the community to keep kids safe during disaster.  Registration in any State/DISTRICT does not imply an endorsement of BLOCKS by that State/DISTRICT, OR ANY OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE OF THE State/DISTRICT.
